This policy explains how the Ever Evolving Travel website handles information when you browse or send an inquiry. The website is currently operated by Randy Wasmuth and Juliet Wasmuth in Indiana, United States, under the Ever Evolving Travel name. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your first and last name, email address, optional phone number, journey interest, numbers of adults and children in your travel party, optional children’s ages, and your message. We record the submission time and the version of the inquiry consent and adult confirmation you accepted.
Please provide only what is needed to discuss the trip. Do not send children’s full names, birth dates, passport numbers, payment-card information, or medical information through this form. If you later book a trip, any additional information and the arrangements for collecting it will be explained separately.
Technical information, cookies, and tracking
Our hosting infrastructure may record technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, request times, browser information, and errors for website operation and security. The website also uses IP addresses temporarily to limit repeated requests and protect the inquiry form.
This website currently has no advertising pixels, third-party analytics, marketing cookies, or cross-site tracking tools. Public pages and the inquiry form do not use cookies. Fonts and photographs are served from our website. We do not use Do Not Track signals to change our practices because we do not track visitors across websites. Other websites you choose to visit from a link have their own practices.
How we use information

- Understand group size, ages, interests, and trip-planning needs.
- Maintain records of inquiries and your confirmations.
- Operate, protect, and troubleshoot the website and address legal obligations or disputes.
An inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list, reserve a place, or authorize a payment. Any future newsletter signup will be presented separately.
Who receives information
Randy and Jules can review inquiries and use the details to follow up. Our hosting provider, DigitalOcean, processes website data as part of providing server infrastructure. The inquiry database and backup copies are stored on our hosting infrastructure, and authorized operators can export inquiry records for follow-up.
We do not sell inquiry information or share it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or to service providers working on our behalf with appropriate access restrictions. If booking requires sharing traveler details with hotels, transport providers, or activity operators, we will explain those arrangements separately before collecting the relevant booking information.
Children and adult submissions
This website is intended to help adults plan travel. Inquiry submissions are for adults aged 18 or older. A parent or guardian, or an adult with their permission, should provide any accompanying children’s ages. We do not invite children to create accounts or submit personal information directly.
If you believe a child under 18 has submitted information directly, or children’s information was provided without appropriate permission, contact [email protected]. We will review the report and take appropriate steps, including deleting information collected from a child under 13 without a lawful basis. The adult confirmation on the form is not a request for children to submit information.
Retention and security
Retention depends on whether an inquiry is active, leads to a booking, or must be kept for recordkeeping, security, or legal reasons. We do not currently apply a single automatic deletion period to all inquiries. You can contact us to request deletion or to ask about a particular record. Restricted backup copies may require separate handling when a deletion request is processed.
We use HTTPS, restricted access to inquiry records, and private database backups. No website or electronic storage system can guarantee complete security. Please do not include sensitive information in an inquiry or ordinary email.
Your requests and choices
Email [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, or to ask us to stop following up. Please use the email address associated with your inquiry where possible. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records; please do not send identity documents unless a suitable process has been arranged. Requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. Where applicable law requires notice or consent for a change, we will follow those requirements.
