These terms explain use of the Ever Evolving Travel website, currently operated by Randy Wasmuth and Juliet Wasmuth in Indiana, United States. They concern the website and inquiries. Any trip booking will be subject to a separate agreement provided before you commit.
Trip information and inquiries
Journeys marked proposed are still being arranged. Dates, accommodation, activities, transport, meals, availability, and inclusions may change during planning. Photographs illustrate our travels and destinations; they do not by themselves guarantee a particular property, view, activity, or experience will be included.
Sending an inquiry is a request for information. It does not reserve a place, confirm availability, create a trip booking, or authorize payment. We will provide final pricing, inclusions and exclusions, payment and cancellation terms, and the applicable booking agreement before asking you to commit. This website currently accepts inquiries only.
Adults and information you submit
An adult aged 18 or older must submit an inquiry. Provide accurate information and only information you are entitled to share. Information about children must be supplied by their parent or guardian, or with their permission. Do not submit payment details, identity documents, or medical information through the inquiry form.
Our Privacy Policy explains how inquiry and website information is handled. Consent to an inquiry response is separate from any future booking or marketing signup.
Respectful website use
You may browse the site and use its inquiry form for legitimate travel questions. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, submit malicious code or spam, impersonate someone, or misuse another person’s information.
Photographs and content
Our original photographs, writing, branding, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may share links to the website. Separate trip documents will explain the confirmed itinerary and pricing, deposits, cancellations and refunds, any minimum-enrollment condition, changes to arrangements, supplier services, insurance requirements, and traveler responsibilities. Those details are not finalized by these website terms.
